Chocolate cupcakes with Textured Insect Protein Powder (TIPP)

Cupcakes enriched with proteins with a lower carbohydrate content have a bright and rich chocolate flavor and soft texture. Preparation

  1. Soft butter is rolled out with sugar until fluffy.
  2. Eggs are beaten one by one and whipped well. The mass should be fluffy.
  3. In a separate container, bulk ingredients are mixed – wheat flour, insect protein powder, cocoa, soda, salt and baking powder.
  4. Dry ingredients are placed in a well-whipped mass of butter, sugar and eggs. Stir slowly.
  5. Chocolate is melted. Melted chocolate and milk are poured into the dough. Everything is slowly stirred.
  6. Cupcake papers are placed in a cupcake baking sheet and 3/4 of the dough is filled.
  7. Bake in an oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
