Ingredients
Preparation
1. All dry ingredients are mixed: oats, textured insect proteins, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, slightly chopped almonds, josed cranberries, sesame seeds, coconut chips, cinnamon and salt.
2. Butter, honey and sugar are melted in a saucepan.
3. As soon as the syrup boils, it is poured over the dry ingredients and everything is mixed.
4. The baking sheet or tin is lined with baking paper, a well-mixed mass is added and evenly assigned Well pressed so that the mass is distributed evenly, in a layer about a centimeter thick.
5. Bake in an oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
6. After cooking, it is completely cooled and only then cut into pieces of the desired size. We recommend storing it dry and cool – so the bars will remain crispy longer.
